Joanne Castellani
has been an artist/faculty member at the State University of New York at Buffalo since 1983. The classical guitar program has a rich history and reputation being multi-faceted with a focus on solo, ensemble and contemporary music, offering both undergraduate and graduate degrees in performance. Many of our students have gone on to become active in the music field today, performing, teaching and publishing.
The SUNY at Buffalo Music Department is a world-renowned center for chamber music with an emphasis on contemporary music as well. The facilities are outstanding and we have a thriving and extremely active
